For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp [that] burneth.
Om Sion se ontwil sal ek nie stilhou nie, en om Jérusalem se ontwil sal ek nie rus nie, totdat die geregtigheid daarvan soos helderheid uitgaan, en die heil daarvan soos ’n lamp wat brand.

And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.
En die heidene sal jou geregtigheid sien, en al die konings jou heerlikheid: en jy sal met ‚'n nuwe naam genoem word, wat die mond van die HERE sal noem.

Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.
Jy sal ook ‚'n kroon van heerlikheid in die hand van die HERE wees, en ‚'n koninklike diadeem in die hand van jou God.

Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
Jy sal nie meer Verlate genoem word nie; en jou land sal nie meer Verwoes genoem word nie: maar jy sal Hefsiba genoem word, en jou land Beula: want die HERE behae in jou, en jou land sal getroud word.

For [as] a young man marrieth a virgin, [so] shall thy sons marry thee: and [as] the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, [so] shall thy God rejoice over thee.
Want soos ‚'n jong man met ‚'n maagd trou, so sal jou seuns met jou trou: en soos die bruidegom juig oor die bruid, so sal jou God oor jou juig.

I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, [which] shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,
Ek het wagters op jou mure, o Jérusalem, gestel, wat nie die hele dag en die hele nag stil sal hou nie: julle wat die HERE in herinnering bring, laat nie stilte toe nie,

And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.
En gee Hom geen rus nie, totdat Hy Jérusalem vestig, en totdat Hy dit ’n lof maak in die aarde.

The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn [to be] meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:
Die HERE het by sy regterhand, en by die arm van sy sterkte gesweer, Sekerlik sal ek jou koring nie meer gee om voedsel te wees vir jou vyande nie; en die seuns van die vreemdeling sal nie jou wyn drink waarvoor jy gearbei het nie:

But they that have gathered it shall eat it, and praise the LORD; and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my holiness.
Maar dié wat dit bymekaarmaak, sal dit eet, en die HERE prys; en dié wat dit bymekaarmaak, sal dit drink in die voorhowe van my heiligdom.

Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.
Gaan deur, gaan deur die poorte; berei die weg van die volk; gooi op, gooi op die snelweg; verwyder die klippe; hef ‚'n banier op vir die volk.

Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward [is] with him, and his work before him.
Kyk, die HERE het dit tot die eindes van die aarde verkondig, Sê tot die dogter van Sion, Kyk, jou heil kom; kyk, sy beloning is by Hom, en sy werk voor Hom.

And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.
En hulle sal hulle noem, Die heilige volk, Die verlostes van die HERE: en jy sal genoem word, Gesoek, ‚'n stad nie verlaat nie.
